The Freightliner Custom Chassis Factory Service Center houses our premier Oasis dealer with 6 service bays, 20 RV electrical hookups and dump stations, and factory-trained technicians. While you’re in town, be sure to take advantage of a Camp Freightliner class and tour our manufacturing plant to see how we build premium chassis right here in Gaffney.

Factory Oasis Service Center

As with each Oasis service location, our Factory Service Center has a dedicated motorhome facility with specially trained service technicians, secure parking for motorhome customers and additional amenities specifically for motorhome owners.

Our hometown Oasis Service Center features:

  • 6 Service Bays
  • 20 RV Electrical Hookups
  • Factory-Trained Technicians
  • We offer 4 or 6 point axle weight
  • Water and dump site on location

Pets

When you bring your coach for service, please note that your furry or feathered family members are allowed to remain in the coach during service; however, for their safety and security we request that they be crated. Access during service is limited and may not be possible depending on the type service being performed. Pets are welcome in our customer lounge.

Preparing Your Coach for Service

For the most efficient service possible, we kindly ask that you prepare your coach by following these steps:

  • Dump black and grey water tanks.
  • Take out personal items that you may need during the service.
  • Remove or contain pets left in coach.
  • Unlock or leave keys for battery, engine and general compartments as applicable to your service.
  • Remove bicycle racks, ladders, etc. from rear of coach if service includes engine access.
  • Remember to lower the satellite dish and/or antenna.
  • Please put slide outs in, raise jacks, and unplug coach from electric box.
